NOTICE INVITING TENDER |
|
Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial from bonafide
printers / suppliers for printing and supply entry ticket for
Foreign National of Rs.150/- denomination (approx. 2000 per month)
- as per sample. |

Nature of printing of Foreign tickets |
|
|
(i) Front Tri-colour tickets
(ii) Series & Serial Number in 4 Nos. pages
(iii) Back cover in one colour
(iv) Block of 5 pages in one tickets
(v) Wire stitching and cover binding
(vi) Hologram on at least two pages |

The sealed tender must reach the office
on or before 2.00 p.m. on 24/9/2010.
The same will be opened on the same
day at 2.30 p.m. in presence of such quotationers who wish to
remain present. The rate should
remain valid for one year from the date of issue of supply order.
The tender should be submitted in
the tender box provided for the
purpose in the office of the Victoria
Memorial Hall in main Building.
The tender in sealed cover should
be superscribed "Tender for Printing of Tickets". The rate should be quoted inclusive of all
taxes and charges i.e. S.T., delivery charges etc. The rate should
be quoted in both words and figures. Delivery will be required
to be made to the Storekeeper, Victoria Memorial. The tenderer
should clearly state the delivery schedule. The firm should submit
the credentials in support of their claims to be the printer
/ supplier.
Tenders are required to deposit Rs.1000/-
as earnest money in the form of
Bank draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the Trustees of Victoria Memorial, payable at
Kolkata. The above earnest money
will be refunded after one month from the date of issue of work
order.
The successful tenderer will be required to deposit 10% of the
work value as security deposit in the same form in which the
earnest money has been deposited to the Trustees of the Victoria
Memorial before receiving the work order. The security money
since deposited will be refunded not earlier than one month from
the date of final payment. The earnest money will be forfeited
if the security money is not deposited within seven days from
the date of intimation in this regard or if the supplier is unable
to supply the materials as per his quoted price and within the
specified time schedule.
Authority reserves right to accept or reject any or all the tender
without assigning any reason thereof.
Sample entry ticket can be had from the Storekeeper for viewing
on any working day between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on or before
23-9-2010.
