Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial, from/
reputed firms for "supply of Souvenir
Items like Greeting Cards Set, Coffee Mugs etc." for
Victoria Memorial Hall Museum Shop as per specification given
below as Annexure I.
(As per previous order): The
sealed tender must reach this office by 3:00 pm on or before
28 AUGUST 2010. The same will be opened on the same day at 3.30
pm in presence of such quotationers who may wish to remain present.
Notice of extension as issued on 6 September
2010: Quotations shall be received upto
4.00 p.m. of 10 September 2010. The quotations will be opened
on the same day at 4.30p.m.
The quotation in sealed cover should
be superscribed "Quotation
for souvenir items like Greeting Cards, Coffee Mugs etc.".
The rate should be quoted in both words and figures. The tenderer
should submit the credential in support of their background of
similar nature of work done in the last five years.
The right to accept or reject any on all the quotations
without assigning any reason is reserved to the authority.
Intending tenders may contact the Education Officer, Victoria
Memorial Hall during office hours on any working day for seeing
specimen.
