NOTICE INVITING TENDER |
|
Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial Hall
from the authorised electrical suppliers for supply of electrical
goods as per enclosed list.
The sealed tender must reach the office
on or before 4.00 p.m. on 30-9-2010 (extended till 19 OCT 2010).
The same will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in presence
of such quotationers who wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should be
superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Electrical Goods".
The rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and charges
including sales tax and Vat, transportation and delivery charges
etc. The rate should be quoted both in words and figures. The
tenderer should clearly state the delivery schedule.
The quotation may be submitted on the letterhead of the
firm.
The rate so quoted will remain valid for six months.
The material to be supplied will be inspected by the Electrical
unit of VMH for desired specification and quality.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tender without assigning any reason thereof. |
