Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial from
the CPWD / PWD enlisted experienced electrical contractors for
the work of supply, laying & commissioning of
underground cable.
The sealed tender must reach the
office on or before 4.00 p.m. on 08/10/2010 and will be
opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m.
in presence of such quotationers who wish to remain
present.
The quotation in sealed cover should
be super scribed "Tender for the Supply, Laying & Commissioning
of under ground cable at VMH garden".
The rate so quotated will remain valid for one year.
The rate should be quoted inclusive of all the charges
i.e. service tax etc. The rate should be quoted both in words
and figures. The tenderer should clearly state the delivery schedule.
The quotation may be send on the letterhead of the firm.
Firm must have current ST., P.T, and I.T., trade license
and other credentials for having worked on similar items for
government and V.V.I. P. programs etc.
The material to be supplied is scheduled to be inspected
by the concerned unit of the VMH.
The job to be under taken will follow the Govt. specification.
The firm must have undertaken such jobs of Govt. departments
at the cost of Rs 50,000/- or above against a single work order
during the last financial year.
For any additional information, quotationers may contact to the
Electrician of this office between 2:00 to 4:00 pm on any working
day.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
