The Victoria Memorial Hall, Kolkata intends to dispose of unserviceable / scrap / damaged electrical goods on as is where is basis to interested party by inviting bid.

A list of such items / articles is enclosed with this notice.

Interested person / agencies may submit their rate for purchase of these items on their letterheads by 2.00 pm on 21-2-11. The quotation should be submitted in sealed cover addressed to 'The Secretary & Curator, Victoria Memorial Hall' and superscribed clearly "Quotation for unserviceable / damaged electrical goods". The sealed cover should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office chamber of the Administrative Officer, Victoria Memorial Halll.

The intending purchaser are advised to visit the site with prior appointment, before hand and get acquired with the nature and qualities of article which will be sold on as is where is basis. They may contact Shri R.P. Gautam, Electrician (Ph. No. 9883224028) of this office for appointment.

Each bidder will be required to deposit Rs. 1000.00 only in the form of Bank Draft as earnest money along with their bid. The Bank Draft will be made in favour of "The Trustees of Victoria Memorial Hall".

The right to reject or accept any bid is reserved with VMH.

The sold goods will have to be removed within 07 days from the VM premises by the selected agency / agencies, by the evening of 28-2-11 positively.
