  NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS

Sealed tender / quotation are invited for Multizone Door Frame Metal Detector from bonafide & experienced supplied manufactures as per the given specifications:

The rate quoted should be inclusive of all fees, taxes and charges. It shall also include the cost of providing training to designated staff of VMH for ration of this systems

Only Bonafide and experienced firms who in the last three financial years have executed similar work of value not less than Rs. 1,00,000.00 (Rupees one lakh) only, against a single work order can submit tender. The tender in sealed cover should be super scribed "Tender for Multizone Door Frame Metal Detector" and should be addressed to the Secretary & Curator, Victoria memorial Hall, 1, Queen's Way, Kolkata- 700071. The tender shall be dropped in a box kept in the chamber of Administrative Officer, VMH for this purpose on or before 17.02.2011 (2 PM). It will be opened on the same day at 3 pm in the office chamber of the Administrative Officer. The quotationers may remain present at the time of opening of the tender.

a) Information on the Legal status of the firm / organization.
b) Documents showing work of similar nature performed in the past.
c) Trade Licence, Income Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
d) A certificate from at least one client whose work had been satisfactorily undertaken by the firm / institution in the recent past & completed with satisfactory performance.
e) Details of warranty available for the product.
f) Details of service agencies of the firm in Kolkata.

 Tender Specification:
 1. Multizone (9 Zone) Vertical equally divided top to bottom of the frame.
 2. Micro Controller based, Auto set, PC Compatible (parameter settings & detection data capturing).
3.  Complete Weatherproof structure for outdoor used.
4. All settings through keypad password controller for - Parameter settings, threshold, sensitivity, sensor ON/Off and counter reset.
5.  Big display (4 line x 20 characters) for showing Bar-graph), Sensitivity level, Counter Date / Time etc.
6.   High Sensitivity for ferrous, Non-ferrous metal & its alloys. Detect metal even concealed in ferrite.
7. Detection alarm only when person passing through frame. No false alarm for metal when out side of the frame will be considered.
8. Intelligent Counter (6 digit).
9.  Sensitivity setting for individual zone & Overall. User-friendly sensitivity selection modes - High sensitivity, Medium sensitivity, Low sensitivity & Customized individual zone sensitivity selection 0-255 level.

Medium - To detect of Medium size metal, Mobile hand set, daggers etc. High - To detect small metals (for high security zone area). Customized - Individual Zone Sensitivity selection 0-245 in steps.
