Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial from
reputed firms for "Mount Cutting and Framing of Objects"
for exhibition at ERCR Room of the Victoria Memorial Hall as
per the scope of work enclosed as Annexure I.
The sealed tender must reach this
office by 4:00 pm on or before 11.12.2009. The same will
be opened on the same day at 4:30 pm in presence of such quotationers
who may wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should
be superscribed "Tender for Mount Cutting and Framing of
Objects". The rate should be quoted in both words
and figures. The tenderer should submit the credential in support
of their background of similar work nature done in the last five
years.
The successful tenderer will be required to deposit 10%
of the final contractual amount as Security Deposit in the form
of bank draft in favour of "the Trustees of the Victoria
Memorial", payable at Kolkata before receiving the work
order.
The Security Money so deposited will be refunded not earlier
than one month from the date of final payment.

Authority of the Victoria Memorial reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any
reason thereof.
