Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial from
the CPWD / PWD approved experienced electrical contractors for
the work of supply, laying & commissioning of underground
cable.
The sealed tender must reach the
office on or before 4.00 p.m. on 26.11.09 and the same
will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in presence of such
quotationers who wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply, Laying & Commissioning
of underground cable at VMH garden". The rate so
quoted will remain valid for one year.
The rate should be quoted inclusive of all the charges
i.e. service tax etc. The rate should be quoted both in words
and figures. The tenderer should clearly state the delivery schedule.
Firm having current S.T., P.T. and I.T., trade license
and other credentials on the similar items of work for Government
and V.V.I.P. programs etc.
The material to be supplied is to be inspected by the concerned
unit of the VMH. The job to be undertaken will follow the Govt.
specification.
The firm had undertaken jobs of similar nature in Govt.
departments at the cost of Rs.15000/- or above against a single
work order during the last financial year.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
Scope of Work:
To provide IEI with underground PVC insulated copper conductor
three core armoured cable of 1.5 sq mm for electrification of
Security outpost at East Gate of VM garden tapped from the panel
of. Pump No. 2 installed at the same location.
Said outpost was electrified from the control room of Son-et-lumiere,
but due to some technical reasons it is to be connected with
the panel of pump No.2.
