Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial Hall
from the reputed Agency & suppliers for Carl
Zeiss Trinocular Research Microscope, Model: "Stemi"
2000-C Trinocular Stereo Zoom Microscope with long arm and digital
camera attachment - power shot G11 with accessories"
for Victoria Memorial Restoration Unit.
Tender must reach the office on or
before 3 pm on 11-10-201O. The same will be opened on
the same day at 3:30 pm in presence of such tenderers who wish
to remain present. The rate should be quoted inclusive of all
charges, which should be written both in figures and words.
The rate should remain valid for one year. The tender should
be superscribed
"Tender for Carl Zeiss Trinocular Research Microscope"
by tenderer with their full background credentials, which should
be dropped in the Tender Box provided for the purpose in the
office of the Victoria Memorial Hall in main building. The tender
should clearly state the delivery schedule. Tenderers
are required to deposit Rs. 5000/- as Earnest Money in
the form of bank draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour
of the 'Trustees of the Victoria Memorial', payable at Kolkata.
The above earnest money will be refunded after one month from
the date of issue of work order.
The successful tenderer will be required
to deposit 10% of the work value as security deposit in
the same form in which the earnest money has been deposited to
the Trustees of Victoria Memorial before receiving the work order.
The security money since deposited will be refunded not earlier
than one month from the date of payments. The earnest money deposited
earlier will be forfeited if the supplier is unable to supply
the Carl Zeiss Trinocular Research Microscope as per his quoted
price, specification and specified time schedule.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tender without assigning any reason thereof. |
