Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial Hall
from reputed firms for printing of a catalogue
on the works of Gaganendranath Tagore for Victoria Memorial Hall,
Kolkata as per the specification enclosed
as Annexure -I.
The sealed tenders must reach this
office by 01.00 PM on or before 25.01.2012. The same will
be opened on the same day at 2.00 PM in presence of such quotationers
who may wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should be super
scribed "Quotation for Printing of Catalogue on the art
works of Gaganendranath Tagore". The rate should
be quoted in both words and figures. The tenderers should submit
the credential in support of their background of similar nature
of work done in fast five years. The delivery of the catalogue
as per specification must be completed within five days from
the issue of the order.
The right to accept or reject any or all the quotations
without assigning any reason is reserved to the authority. |
