Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed suppliers
for supplying of imported conservation
materials as per list enclosed for Conservation Unit of Victoria
Memorial Hall. Rate should be quoted only in Indian currency
inclusive of packing , transportation, Custom clearance, Insurance
as per actual and all other charges i.e. S. T. delivery etc.
The sealed quotation to be sent to this office within 12
October 2011(previous date of submission of tender was 25 August
2011) by 4.00 p. m. and the same will be opened on 12 October
2011 at 4.30 p.m. in presence of such quotationers who wish to
remain present.
The quotation must be submitted in
sealed cover superscribed "Quotation for imported Conservation
materials"
Quotationers are required to deposit earnest money @ 2%
of value of quotation in the form of Bank Draft on any nationalized
bank in favour of the Trustees of Victoria Memorial, payable
at Kolkata.
The above earnest money will be refunded after one month
from the date of issue of work order.
The successful quotationers will be required to deposit
10% of the work value as security deposit in the same form in
which the earnest money has been deposited.
The security money since deposited will be returned not
later than one month from date of final payment of bills. The
earnest money will be forfeited if the security money is not
deposited within 7 days from the date of intimation in this regard.
The security money will be forfeited if the supplier is unable
to supply the materials as per his quoted price within the specified
time schedule.
The right to accept or reject any or all the quotations
without assigning any reason is reserved to the authority. |
