CPWD / PWD approved electrical contractors for the job of supply
& installation of Pump Motor set at VMH.

The sealed tender must reach the
office on or before 3.00 p.m. of 5th October 2009 and the same
will be opened on 5th October 2009 at 4.30 p.m. in presence
of such quotationers, who wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should be superscribed "Tender
for supply & installation of Pump Motor set at VMH".
The rate should be quoted inclusive of all the charges, i.e.
S.T., delivery charges, etc. The rate should be quoted in both
words and figures. Delivery will be required to be made to the
Storekeeper, Victoria Memorial. The tenderer should clearly state
the delivery & job execution schedule. The firm should submit
the credential in support of their claims to be the approved
electrical contractor of CPWD / PWD.
Tenderers are required to deposit earnest money @ 2% of value
of quotation in the form of Bank draft drawn on any nationalised
bank in favour of "the Trustees of Victoria Memorial",
payable at Kolkata. The above earnest money will be refunded
after one month from the date of issue of work order.
The successful tenderer will be required to deposit 10%
of the work value as security deposit in the same form in which
the earnest money has been deposited to "the Trustees of
the Victoria Memorial", before receiving the work order.
The security money since deposited will be refunded not earlier
than one month from the date of final payment. The earnest money
will be forfeited if the security money is not deposited within
seven days from the date of intimation in this regard or if the
supplier is unable to supply the materials as per his quoted
price and within the specified time schedule time.

all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
