Notice inviting applications for Empanelment
of Suppliers of Electrical Goods
required on Hiring Basis |

Applications are invited from reputed Electrical Contractors
/ Firms for empanelment as suppliers of electrical materials
/ sound systems / audio visual instruments etc. as per enclosed
list (for temporary installation in Victoria Memorial Hall, as
and when required) on hiring basis along with hiring rate for
each item per day (which should remain valid for one year) in
two separate sealed envelopes superscribed "Empanelment
of Electrical Contractors" and "Quotation for supply
of Electrical materials on hiring basis", respectively.
Such goods are often required by Victoria Memorial Hall purely
on temporary basis for holding Cultural Programmes / Exhibitions
/ Lectures & Seminars at the Hall through out the year. Each
applicant is to submit the aforementioned two envelopes, which
are to be addressed in favour of the Administrative Officer,
Victoria Memorial Hall, and dropped in the box specially
kept for the purpose in the Office-Chamber of the above mentioned
Officer, latest by 3 p.m. of 26th July 2011.
The Sealed envelopes will be opened on the same day at 4p.m
in the presence of the applicants, if any. |

Eligibility Criteria:- |
|
1. |
The firm should have S.T, P.T/I.T clearance certificate and valid
Trade License. |
|
2. |
Should have enough experience in V.V.I.P programmes in reputed
Govt. Organizations/ Bodies and with transaction not less than
50 lakhs in a calendar year. |
|
3. |
Should have enough stock in good condition. |
|
4. |
The rates quoted should remain valid for One year. |
|
|
Manner of submission of application/quotations:- |
Envelope I should contain the following documents:-
1. Copies of PAN Card, ST, PT clearance certificates and Trade
License.
2. Copy of I.T. Return for last three years.
3. Proof of undertaking similar job in Govt. Organizations/ Bodies,
4. Security Deposit /Earnest Money of Rs, 5,000.00 in cheque
/D.D drawn in favour of Trustees of the Victoria Memorial Hall.
Envelope II should contain the following documents:-
Hiring rate per day for supply of different materials/items,
as per list furnished by VMH in Annexure I, on hiring basis inclusive
of all cost including delivery charges if any. |

VMH Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all
the applications/ quotations without assigning any reason there
for. |
