Tender must reach the office on or
before 2:00 p.m. on 30.7.2011. The same will be opened
on the same day at 2:30 p.m. in presence of such tenderer should
be submitted in a sealed cover superscribing "Tender
for printing of Tickets" with their full back ground
credentials which should be dropped in the tender box provided
for the purpose in the office of the Victoria Memorial Hall in
main buildings. The tender should clearly state the delivery
schedule. Tenderers are required to deposit Rs. 1,500.00 as Earnest
Money with form of Bank Draft on any Nationalised Bank in favour
of the Trustees of Victoria Memorial Hall, payable at Kolkata.
The above earnest money will be refunded after one month from
the date of issue of work order.
The successful tenderer will be required to deposit 10% of
the work value as Security Deposit in the same form in which
the Earnest Money has been deposited to the Trustees of Victoria
Memorial before receiving the work order. The Security Money
since deposited will be refunded not earlier than one month from
the date of final payments. The Earnest Money deposited earlier
will be forfeited if the Security Money is not deposited with
seven days from the date of intimation in this regard or if the
supplier is unable to supply the materials as per his quoted
price, specification and specified time schedule.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the tender without assigning any reason thereof. |
