Sealed tenders are invited by the Victoria Memorial from
the Govt. approved experienced Decoratoration contractors /Decorators
for the following work given in the Annexture-2.
The sealed tender must reach the
office on or before 4.00 p.m. on 6th July 2009. The same will
be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in presence of such quotationers
who wish to remain present.
The quotation in sealed cover should be super scribed "Tender
for the Temporary installation / supply of electrical equipments".
The rate so quoted will remain valid for one year.
The rate should be quoted inclusive of all the charges
i.e. service tax etc. The rate should be quoted both in words
and figures. The tenderer should clearly state the delivery schedule.
Firm should have current S.T.; P.T.; I.T.; trade licence
and other credentials in the related field, .for executing contract
of government and V.V.I.P. programs etc.
The material to be supplied should not be more then 6 months
old.
Firm, that had undertaken such jobs of Govt. departments
at the cost of Rs 2.0 lakh or above against the single work order
during the last financial year, may apply.
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
